All deposits are half of the total cost of the puppy. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable for 30 days. See Deposit Terms and Conditions

All deposits are transferable to any puppy within 30 days but there will be a transfer fee if the request has been made after 24 hours of the initial deposit. Transfer fee is 10% of the initial cost of the original puppy that was chosen. (Example: Puppy Cost 2300.00 = Transfer Fee 230.00) Certain restrictions apply. 

Our puppies range in price from  $650.00 and up. Prices vary on breed types, size, gender and age. Example: A Female Teacup Yorkshire Terrier could run as much as $3500.00 when a standard male may be priced about $2000.00.

The Paw Palace does offer discounts. We offer cash discounts, senior, military, law enforcement, first responder and teacher discounts. 

The customer has 48 hours to have their puppy vet checked. If the puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with an issue that was not caused by neglect or abuse, our company will ask that the puppy be returned to be examined by our vet. Once the issue has been confirmed, a refund may be issued.
